Jack provided an exceptional service from start to finish. He valeted my car to an outstanding standard, successfully removing mould and deep-seated dirt, and returned it in immaculate, showroom perfect condition. Throughout the entire process, Jack was kind, considerate, and highly professional. He went above and beyond by dropping me back at work and later returning my car keys to my work for me which made the experience entirely stress free. My car took a knock from another car and caused a-bit of damage. I started to look for someone who could take on the task of getting the scuffs marks out of the car. I was highly recommend by many people to use Jack and meticulous car care. As a first-time customer, I was greeted warmly and walked through the service options to find one that suited my needs and budget. My Kuga had accumulated a lot of dirt over the years and plus some sticky finger marks from the kids on the rear seats and door panels. Jack left absolutely nothing untouched – the exterior paint gleamed like it did the day I bought it, with every wheel arch and undercarriage thoroughly cleaned. Inside, the seats look spotless, the carpets are fluffy again, and even the tricky-to-reach areas around the center console and cup holders are pristine. Jack took the time to show me the before-and-after areas he had worked on. The work was completed exactly when they said it would be, and the price was exactly as quoted no surprises at all. I will be defiantly returning and keeping up with the cleanliness of the car with Jack.

What can I say. Jack is very professional and honest. We live miles outside Malvern but he very kingly came to collect our cars to take them to his unit.
